River Runs Through It

​

This year, we will be trying a new, fun project called A River Runs Through It.  The requires are:

• size 18 vertical by 24 horizontal
• the river must enter and exit the piece under the 10 inch height on both sides.
• the river can be any width (expanding and decreasing in the piece) and can go above the 10 inch height within the piece
• the river must extend to both edges even in the border/binding
• can be any scene - mountain, city, country, swamp, farm etc. 

It is anticipated that when hung side by side, the river will “connect” on each side and will be like one large river running through all the pieces.   We may even be able to enter our finished project into a quilt show as a guild project. ​
